Congratulations to Sebb’s, which has been awarded its first Bib Gourmand by the MICHELIN Guide Great Britain and Ireland, and to Margo who is celebrating being awarded for the second year in a row.

Plates of food at Sebb's

Sebb’s is an underground restaurant and bar located on Miller Street in the heart of the District. Their food is cooked over fire, and they offer a wide selection of high-quality world cuisine. Their menu features diverse charcoal-grilled small plates and dishes such as grilled mortadella, braised beef feather blade, grilled chicken leg and cured chalk stream trout pastrami.

With a dedicated cocktail kitchen and wines on tap, you can find your perfect drink to pair with your meal. One cocktail they currently offer is the “Night at the Movies”, this  delicious drink is made with brown butter brandy, popcorn and supasawa. Another of their offerings is the “Cowboy Martini” with beef fat tequila, dry vermouth and blue cheese olive. But that’s not all, they also have everything from Appletinis to Cherry Sours, so you’re sure to find your perfect tipple on the menu.

Located just above Sebb’s is its sister restaurant Margo.

Margo serves up  snacks, small plates and sharing dishes – perfect for a night out with friends or date night. Throughout their menu they focus on specially curated seasonal produce all sourced from fine growers and markets. Because of this, their menu is constantly evolving and changing to spotlight what’s in season.. From Scottish seafood to meat butchered in-house, you’re sure to get only the highest quality ingredients from the Margo team. Some of their offerings include beef carpaccio, crab and crayfish cocktail, grilled squid and confit lamb shoulder.

Be sure to add them to your list of “must-try” restaurants in Glasgow City Innovation District!
