Strathclyde Sport is a fantastic fitness centre located in the District on Cathedral Street that offers you:

To sign up to the monthly direct debit offer of £31.55, please follow the steps below:

  1. Visit the Strathclyde Sport website and select Staff Membership.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and date of birth. Select “No, I am a new customer”, then click Next.
  3. Choose Sign up for a membership and click Next.
  4. Select Strathclyde Affiliate from the membership options.
  5. Continue by completing your personal details and setting your contact preferences.

For the summer membership offer, follow steps 1-3 and select Summer Membership (this will be available from 25th May).

Workplace wellbeing & outreach programme

Organisations within the Innovation District can also engage with Strathclyde Sport’s workplace wellbeing outreach programme. A trained member of staff can visit your workplace to deliver accessible, engaging wellness activities that support staff health and productivity*.

Programme options include:

  • yoga, breathwork or meditation workshops
  • walking groups or active lunchtime sessions
  • wellbeing seminars and drop-in Q&A sessions
  • short desk- or chair-based movement sessions (ideal for office environments)
