Looking for a cool new place to grab a drink? Maybe you’ve always wanted to try a Pilates class but have been nervous? You should add The Delphine to your list of must-try spots in Glasgow City Innovation District!

Opened in August 2025, the Delphine is an all-day café bar in the courtyard of Princes Square. They’re open for morning coffee and late-night martinis, serving everything from breakfast to dinner. With hanging chairs and a book nook, it’s the perfect place for a bit of rest, relaxation and reconnecting.

What makes this place unique is that it was designed specifically for connection. From its velvet seating and terrazzo counters to its golden ambient lighting and pistachio green accents, the space feels both stylish and welcoming, making it the ideal place for everything from meeting up with the girls to spontaneous date nights.

Since it was designed as a space for connecting, they host a wide range of events, from fitness classes to evening workshops. Their before-hours Pilates classes are led by a certified Pilates instructor. You’ll start your morning out strong on a provided mat. The class ends with a build-your-own açai bowl station and a well-deserved coffee or matcha.

Once a month, they also host “the Book Nook” to bring readers together. Each ticket comes with a welcome drink token and delicious nibbles. Attendees can expect a relaxed conversation about the book, featuring a lighthearted trivia quiz where prizes can be won. It’s a great chance to meet new people, make new friends, and engage in casual group conversations about good books.

They offer a curated menu of coffee, cocktails and bites. This summer, they've got a Peach & Passionfruit Spritz and a Watermelon Breezerita on their menu.
