Establish GCID as Scotland’s flagship location for innovation driven startups, scaleups, investors, enterprises and researchers.
Support the development of GCID’s place offering through active GCID engagement with the delivery and exploitation of the Charles Huang Advanced Technology & Innovation Centre (CHATIC), the development of Broomielaw, TIC East and West proposition and the further development of Tontine and The Social Hub to ensure an attractive mix of incubation, innovation, collaboration and business spaces.
Strengthen GCID’s ‘Live, Work, Play, Innovate’ ethos by engaging with a range of local community initiatives including those with a creative, social or cultural remit.
Extend engagement and delivery to support the growth of the Advanced Manufacturing Innovation District Scotland (AMIDS) and Clyde Gateway (Innovation Campus).

Collaborate with 5 place-based innovation hubs to support their innovation programme delivery
Use the GCID Fusion Fund to provide a micro-fund to support up to 8 community focused projects per year
Each year support at least one community group located within GCID to access external funding
